Jade will be doing the Manchester Abseil at the end of September to support 2 charities that are close to her and her families heart. As well as CMV Action Jade is raising funds for the Happy Days Children’s Society. Jade was born with a cCMV. Read Jade’s story here She contracted CMV before she was born and her parents were told she wouldn’t survive. So 30 years later, whilst she has a list as long as her arm of disabilities that CMV has caused, she’s still standing and extremely excited to take part in this event! She seriously doubts that her medical team would ever have thought she’d be able to do this.
