Thursday, August 26, 2021 - 15:15

Verity is trekking 170km over 7 days in the Swiss Alps for CMV Action because CMV has greatly affected Elodie and her family.Over the past few months Verity has looked after some wonderful kids, one of whom is lovely Elodie, who was born with congenital CMV. CMV can have a devastating impact on newborn babies and Elodie was born deaf as a result of the virus. She is an amazing and brave girl and Verity is in awe of the positivity and determination that she and her family have shown. She is doing the hike to raise as much money as possible for CMV action.
