We are running the Great North Run 2019 for a charity close to our hearts, CMV Action. As many (if not all) of you know Isobel was diagnosed with Congenital CMV when she was 3 years old and this was quite a shock to us. She presents as a “normal” little girl apart from the fact that she is profoundly deaf on her right side, lacks balance (we’re currently learning more about this) and struggles when not in a routine.

We are so lucky because things could have been much worse, others are not as lucky as us. Our aim is to raise funds and awareness to ensure that more people are educated about CMV and the impact this can have on families.

Please help us raise funds for this amazing charity who provided us with knowledge and support when we needed it most.
