Team story

We are three sisters and our husbands taking part in the Great North Run half marathon for Wren and other children affected by Congenital CMV and other disabilities.

CMV Action supports affected families, raises awareness and campaigns for further research towards a vaccination against cytomegalovirus, the UK's leading cause of childhood disability. 83% of the funds we raise will go to CMV Action.

Newlife, the Charity for Disabled Children, provide vital equipment to enable disabled children and support families in need. 17% of the funds we raise will go to Newlife.
