2018 - Charity of the Year for North Devon Golf Club

Jason is captain of a small golf club in North Devon and has chosen CMV Action for the charity of the year.

Jason's partner had CMV diagnosed over 5 yrs ago when she was pregnant with their daughter. They received fantastic advice and support from Bristol Hospital and had a specialist who was able to guide them through the pregnancy and make them aware of all the possibilities.

We are happy to say their daughter came into the world fighting fit and free of any disabilities.

Jason and his family are both so pleased of the help they had but feel that more should be done to help prevent mother's going through birth without realising the potential dangers of CMV.  By supporting CMV Action throughout his year of captaincy of the golf cliub, Jason will raise awaremess and funds for the charity.
